How much is shipping and where do you ship?
At Sweet LemonAID we’re pleased to offer fixed-price shipping across Canada and the continental USA from our Mississauga Ontario Canada location. Shipping is via Canada Post over 3 to 9 business days. For American orders, Canada Post will hand off to USPS and continue on its way for another 3 to 9 business days. If you purchase $100.00 or more before taxes you can receive free shipping. Due to import/export regulations shipments are recommended to be less than $800 CAD or $600 USD per order, otherwise additional duties will apply.
We currently do not offer tracking, this is to help keep your shipping costs down. We will send you a notice once your order is shipped.
Do you charge Sales Tax?
As a Canadian company, we are required to charge HST for all shipments to Canada. Currently, we are not required to charge State Sales Tax or duties for shipments to the continental USA.
Can I send shirts as a gift?
Yes! You are able to type in a separate Shipping Address from your Billing Address. Each destination will require a separate order. Individual orders may qualify for free shipping for individual orders above $100.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so there is a very limited time-frame in which you can change, amend or cancel it. If you would like to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible at - hello@sweetlemonaid.com If you need to make a change to your shipping address, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, processing begins immediately and there may be instances that your shipping label has been created and cannot be changed.
Oops I typed in the wrong shipping address.
If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, please email us at hello@sweetlemonaid.com , and we can begin the process of reshipment. The customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost.
Returns & Exchanges
At this time returns and exchanges are not accepted.
If there is an issue with your order please don't hesitate to email hello@sweetlemonaid.com within 10 days of delivery to fix any issues or concerns.
Did my order go through?
An order confirmation e-mail is sent immediately after the order is placed. Check your inbox and junk mail, and add hello@sweetlemonaid.com to your contact book for future purchases. If it is missing, chances are that your order did not go through correctly, or you typed in your email incorrectly. Please contact us at hello@sweetlemonaid.com and we’ll sort it out!
Are your shirts washing machine safe?
Yes, you can throw your shirts in the washer. We recommend washing shirts inside out, in cold-water and hanging to dry. Hang drying will help preserve the printed messages over a longer period.
Do you have other colours than black?
